I am very lucky girl. I just found out that my good friend Todd also posted about me recently on his blog stare'oids. (Todd I had the wrong RSS feed for you and so I didn't see it till now). I almost burst a tear duct reading his post. Thanks Todd.
I saw a link to your Web site on JM Colberg's CONSCIENTIOUS blog. Your work is impressive and your visual interpretations of the people and landscapes that make up your life ring so true that they remind me of how much I miss when I am not paying attention.Steve WilliamsScooter in the Sticks
Thanks for your comment Steve. "they remind me of how much I miss when I am not paying attention"! I love this comment because I have been having a bit of the opposite problem. Recently everything looks like a worth while photograph and so I am bouncing around photographing at an alarming rate. It is making me a bit crazy. I know you have to take the inspiration when it hits and I'll surely have a dry spell coming up, but sometimes I just have to stop and breath and remember the Indigo Girls lyrics from my youth "don't take a picture, remember this in your head". Sometimes I find it hard to live in the moment and fully appreciate it if I'm also busy trying to photograph it.
Another browser brought to you from Conscientious. An impressive and "real" body of work. A lot of humor and joie de vivre comes through the frames.Funny you should say that, "recently everything looks like a worth while photograph. . ." I was planning to comment on how you seem to find photos everywhere, a trait I understand. Just wish I was pushing the button as keenly as you do.
