The Park 67

The beginnings of an orienteering race that left from the Mont-Royal Chalet in early November. Organized by Ramblers Orienteering (3 of the organizers are in the second photo). The first photo is of the participants looking at their maps just before they depart, the third and fourth photos are of participants in the Chalet before the race began, and the last photo is of some spectators.

The Jeanne-Mance Park hockey rink.

I came across this set of little flags on Mont Royal. I don't know what they are for. I imagine that they are messages to the gardeners but perhaps they are an intervention of their own. Either way I am fascinated and I thoroughly enjoyed their presence.
